  Hampshire Cheeses was founded in 2004 in order to produce a cheese using the highest quality local milk. Their passion for delicious food inspired them to create Tunworth, a soft white cheese full of flavour.

  This unpasteurised cheese is handmade in a converted cowshed on the family farm. Using special cultures and traditional rennet they have developed a cheese with a creamy texture, wrinkled rind and unique taste. 

  Tunworth was judged to be the Supreme Champion 2006 at the British Cheese Awards beating over 840 other entries and has also won gold at the World Cheese Awards 2007.

  Winners of four medals at the 2007 Great Taste Awards, Shropshire Fine Herbs are renowned for their hand-made herb oatmeal biscuits and canapés. The Herb Oatmeal Biscuit Range are home made using fresh herbs and local Organic Wholemeal Flour and Oatmeal. The herbs are grown in the two acre walled garden on the Shropshire/Powys border. The Walls maintain a favourable micro-climate through the year and the soil is free draining, essential for the growth of the Mediterranean herbs such as Thyme and Rosemary. The herbs are grown without the addition of any artificial fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides.
