  Chateau Talmont, owned and run by Patrick Mourgues, is in the Entre Deux Mers region of Bordeaux on the southern side of the hills, next to Pellegrue. This white wine is produced from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes providing very citrussy fruit aromas with the Sauvignon showing through. With a crisp, fresh and balanced palate and aromatic long finish, this wine makes a splendid aperitif or a compliment to oily fish.

  Chateau Talmont, owned and run by Patrick Mourgues, is in the Entre Deux Mers region of Bordeaux on the southern side of the hills, next to Pellegrue. This red wine, produced in stainless steel vats, is produced from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. A vivid red colour, this wine has aromas of blackcurrants and spices with a supple and silky palate.

  This champagne is produced by a smaller grower coming from vineyards of only six hectares in the Mesnil, recognised as the finest region of Champagne.  Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this is a truly classic champagne of superb quality. Crisp, stylish with a splendid mousse, a continuity of small bubbles and a delicious palate, this is dry with great balance and length and bottle aged to add elegance.

  The inspiration for Olives et Al was a year long, international motorbike adventure by the soon-to-be-founders of the company. Annie and Giles Henschel travelled through the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa, falling in love with food and flavours along the way. Whilst on their travels they made sure they collected as many recipes as they could and, once back in the UK, proceeded to put their findings into practice. The results speak for themselves. Olives et Al source the finest available olives, nuts, seeds and oils to make delicious snacks following instructions which, in some instances, have been handed down through generations.
