  Cole’s Traditional Foods formerly A.J.Cole Est. 1939, started in 1979 in a craft bakery in the market town of Saffron Walden. After relocating in 1989 to custom built premises in the village of Great Chesterford, the business continues to flourish by supplying many of the finest food emporiums and outlets throughout the world.

  The inspiration for Olives et Al was a year long, international motorbike adventure by the soon-to-be-founders of the company. Annie and Giles Henschel travelled through the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa, falling in love with food and flavours along the way. Whilst on their travels they made sure they collected as many recipes as they could and, once back in the UK, proceeded to put their findings into practice. The results speak for themselves. Olives et Al source the finest available olives, nuts, seeds and oils to make delicious snacks following instructions which, in some instances, have been handed down through generations.

  House of Dorchester manufactures a range of fine chocolate product for a variety of market places. In 1963, after a lifetime career as a Master Baker and Patissier, Richard Ungaretti and his wife Christina decided to take early retirement and move to the Dorchester area. However, retirement didn't suit them and they opened a confectionery shop. Unable to find chocolates of the quality that he wanted to sell, Mr Ungaretti started to make his own and trained a lady in the art of hand-tempering and fork-dipping and she sat in the window making chocolates, much to the delight of passers-by.

  They are continually endeavouring to produce exciting chocolate and packaging bearing House of Dorchester’s brand name, whilst maintaining their original concept of personalising delicious chocolate for anyone and everyone to enjoy.
