  Divine is the Fairtrade Chocolate Company co-owned by the cocoa farmers cooperative Kuapa Kokoo in Ghana, who not only receive a fair price for their cocoa but also share in the company's profit. Divine Fairtrade milk chocolate was launched in October 1998 and by Christmas 1998 had made it onto the supermarket shelves.

  Divine is decorated with traditional West African Adinkra symbols which appear on crafts and fabrics all over Ghana. These reflect the company’s commitment to their developing world suppliers as well as providing truly beautiful packaging and presentation. The chocolate has been developed to appeal to the palate of the British public, and there is no doubt that this care in development has lead to its continuing success.

  Based on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border, Doves Farm Foods was established in 1978 by Michael and Clare Marriage. All the products found under the Doves Farm label are based upon grains and cereals or are complimentary to them.

The benefits of organic farming include the guardianship of our natural land resources, native plants, wildlife, insects, and birds, the development and conservation of natural ecosystems and a reduction in the nitrate and agrochemical pollution of our countryside and water courses.   Union Hand-Roasted is a small, privately owned, London based company dedicated to the joy of high quality Arabica coffee. Each day, coffee is roasted in small batches to bring out the coffee’s fullest expression of flavour and aroma.

  Owners Jeremy Torz and Steven Macatonia travel the world to coffee growing communities in remote regions, building relationships and investing in sustainable livelihoods and farming practices.

  Each roast is individually tailored by small adjustments to the flame, bringing out the exemplary qualities of the particular coffee, yet all have the unmistakeable Union characteristics; bold intensity, fused with a deep natural sweetness.
