  Made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the Canosa region in Northern Puglia, this wine has a freshness unique because of the higher altitude of the vineyards. The grapes, vinified separately, have been fermented at a maximum of 22 degrees C to ensure the perfumes are retained. With fresh, cherry hints, this wine has good weight on the palate.
