  Having moved to the Cotswolds following a successful career in the city, Harry Roberston soon found the lure of running a small bakery far more appealing than retirement.

  Taken with the delicious homemade taste of the biscuits produced by Master Baker Geoff and his daughter Lorraine, Harry bought into the business. From small beginnings, Four Anjels now sells nationally, picking up several awards for its quality food. The range has expanded, reflecting the popularity and growth, to include cakes alongside the original biscuits.

  After seeing how the Master Baker baked his biscuit with so much love and attention, the company changed from its original name, Columbine Cakes’ bakery, to Four Anjels: named in honour of the Master Baker’s four granddaughters.

  With a very strong background in confectionery and over 70 years of combined experience, Hames Chocolates have grown over the years from retailers, to retailers and manufacturers of a huge range of chocolate and confectionery products. The group boasts both a candy factory and a chocolate factory.

  Hames Chocolates supply to all aspects of the confectionery market and manufacture a wide range of chocolate products.

  The inspiration for Olives et Al was a year long, international motorbike adventure by the soon-to-be-founders of the company. Annie and Giles Henschel travelled through the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa, falling in love with food and flavours along the way. Whilst on their travels they made sure they collected as many recipes as they could and, once back in the UK, proceeded to put their findings into practice. The results speak for themselves. Olives et Al source the finest available olives, nuts, seeds and oils to make delicious snacks following instructions which, in some instances, have been handed down through generations.
