Place your order by 1pm Monday 23rd December and we guarantee to attempt one delivery of your hamper by Christmas for all mainland UK addresses (excluding Highlands & Islands). Proof of attempted delivery is via our delivery company tracking systems. If one delivery is not attempted we will refund the entire cost of your hamper including delivery. If your recipient isn’t available to receive the hamper a card will be left so that delivery can be rearranged at a convenient time. Confirmation from our carriers that a card has been left will constitute as proof of an attempted delivery and you will not be eligible for a free hamper. If the hamper cannot be delivered we will continue to attempt delivery after Christmas as per our usual delivery process. If ordering multiple items the refund will only be applied to individual consignments where delivery was not attempted. We reserve the right to decline cashback, charity or reward schemes on orders placed in conjunction with this promotion.
