Cool Christmas takes its name from what’s inside, a fresh, chilled spread of cheese, charcuterie and fish that needs cold storage rather than a cupboard. Severn & Wye’s smoked salmon and Wessex Country’s Dorset-cured sliced gammon lead the charcuterie side, with Barber’s farmhouse Cheddar, Red Leicester, a wheel of Gillot Camembert and a wedge of Long Clawson blue Stilton covering an excellent cheese selection. Crosta & Mollica’s flatbreads, Olina’s sesame wafer crackers and Peter’s Yard’s sourdough crackers give plenty to build a plate with, while Highfield Preserves’ Christmas piccalilli, Otter Vale’s apricot chutney, Drivers’ shallots in sweet cider vinegar and Silver & Green’s chilli ginger olives round out the savoury accompaniments. A bottle each of Beyond the River Chardonnay and Shiraz cover both colours of wine, and Mr Filbert’s chorizo and cider crisps add a final savoury crunch. To ensure the freshness of your gift, it’s important that the recipient is available to receive the hamper on your scheduled delivery date, as a signature will be required, and we cannot guarantee freshness if the first delivery attempt is missed.
Fresh food hampers are available for delivery to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or addresses outside mainland UK due to longer transit times which may affect the freshness of the items.
We offer delivery on a Tuesday through to Saturday and delivered on a next day delivery service with all available dates shown at checkout.
