Two Borgo Conventi wines from Italy’s Isonzo del Friuli, a Pinot Grigio and a Refosco, anchor the drinks side, while a properly boozy Cole’s Connoisseur Christmas pudding with cognac waits for dessert. Cheese-course essentials come from The Fine Cheese Co.’s wheat rounds, Pea Green Boat’s cumin cheese sables and Olives Et Al’s rosemary and sea salt reganas crackers, with Odysea’s Kalamata olives and a pouch of Olives Et Al smoky chilli nuts alongside for nibbling.
