- Our competition is open to UK and non UK-residents aged 18 years or over. However, the prize recipient must be resident in the UK. If you are non-UK resident, your participation will be bound by UK law.
- The competition will run from 2pm (GMT) on Thursday 08th July and close at 8pm (GMT) on Sunday 11th July.
- To enter the prize draw which will run on Instagram only, entrants must tag a friend in the comment section as well as ensuring that they are following Virginia Hayward Ltd. There is no limit on how many times participants can enter.
- Once entered into the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by these terms and conditions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.
- The prize for this competition is 16 individual Big Boys Box hampers. There is no cash (or other) alternative in whole or in part for this prize. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and no substitutions or returns will be accepted unless the prize is faulty or is damaged in transit. The prize includes delivery to the UK only. This prize cannot be delivered to Europe or Rest of the World.
- The winner will be randomly chosen from all entrants who entered. The Promoter’s decision is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize winner will be contacted individually and we reserve the right to announce the winner on social media platforms, especially if the prize is a high value item, in order to prevent fraud or identity theft.
- The winners will be notified by 7pm (GMT) on Monday 12th July via the Instagram account they have entered from. If for any reason the selected prize winners cannot be contacted by 7pm (GMT) on Monday 12th July or they do not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
- This giveaway is by no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions or which it has reason to believe has been made in bad faith. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
- The information that you provide will only be used by Virginia Hayward Ltd. If you opt-in to our mailing list we will use your data to send you regular marketing communications. Your data may also be used by our partner companies for their own marketing and promotional purposes. All data supplied by you may also be used by us for general administration and analytical purposes and will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
