We work together with wholesale customers and assist in developing entire ranges using own brand packaging and contents.
We take into consideration the customer’s brand proposition including market position and tone of voice when selecting and proposing all hamper elements. Our own-brand wholesale service can include hamper ranging, sourcing, packaging design, photography, packing, warehousing, fulfilment, despatch, customer service and ongoing management and more.
WHOLESALE VIRGINIA HAYWARD HAMPERS
Select from our wide range of pre-packed hampers available all year round, and Christmas Hampers range launching each September.
Every year we launch a new range of Christmas hampers. Each year we feature over 150 hampers priced from less than £20 to over £750. In addition to our Christmas range we have a wide selection of hampers and gifts suitable for other occasions and notable annual events such as Birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thank You Gifts and Wedding Gifts.
LARGE ORDER DISCOUNTS
For large volume orders we have a range of options to make your order as cost effective as possible, including discounts for delivery and quantity of gifts ordered.
Delivery discounts are calculated at the checkout online, or for a more tailored bulk order quote please complete the bulk order spreadsheet below.
DELIVERY DISCOUNTS
We offer tiered delivery discounts for 2 or more hampers being delivered to the same UK address, on the same day.
If you purchase via our website your discount will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
If you place your order over the phone or via email, our friendly team will calculate the discount for you. Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery discounts on hampers being delivered outside the UK.

BULK ORDER QUOTE
For large orders with multiple delivery addresses, if you wish to order over the phone or via email we advise you complete our bulk orders spread sheet. This ensures we have all the details required to process your order as quickly as possible.
- Download the spreadsheet and save it on your computer replacing the default name with your company name.
- Open the sheet and fill in your details on line 6.
- Complete your order details, beginning on line 12 and using a new line for each recipient. Please note that your gift message cannot exceed 5 lines of 50 characters.
- When you have finished, save the sheet.
- Finally, attach the completed sheet to an email and send it back to us at [email protected] along with any other relevant instructions.
EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT SCHEME
Create a bespoke employee incentive scheme tailored to the needs of your company. We will offer you up to 15% discount across our entire product range. You can either offer the full 15% to your staff or set the level of discount based on your requirements. This scheme can be set up relatively quickly and we offer this service free of charge.
